Privacy
The waitlist, and your email address.
Last updated November 5, 2026
This note covers this pre-launch site and its waitlist. Formify is run by Teo Vozila. When Formify opens, the app comes with its own privacy policy and terms.
What we collect
Only what you type into the waitlist form: your email address. We also note that you opted in to Formify updates and when you did. Your IP address is used for a minute to stop repeated signups, and isn't stored.
What we use it for
- A confirmation email when you join.
- An invite when Formify opens, and the occasional update about the launch.
Nothing else. We don't sell or share your address, and we don't add you to any other list.
Where it's kept
Your address is stored with Resend, the service that sends our emails, which processes it on our behalf. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad trackers.
Leaving the list
Every email has an Unsubscribe link that works in one click. You can also write to support@formify.cc to unsubscribe, to see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time, and ask to access, correct or delete your data. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
